The WSJ Puts a Spotlight on Cambridge’s Housing Market

Kind of bizarre to hear Cambridge compared to some town in Texas I’ve never even heard of, but The WSJ managed to find a connection — the fact that our two housing market are on the rebound. And while I’m a bit dismayed that they used Zillow data to come up with their numbers, and I’d argue that at many price points, our housing values have held much stronger than the article leads one to believe, there is one very good takeaway, which is that every housing market is unique. So the next time you hear doom and gloom about home sales on the evening news, just remember that it may not apply where you live.
